Sunday Million
This weekend’s Sunday Million ran as the feature event of Half Price Sunday. With a $54.50 buy-in and PKO format, the tournament attracted 23,692 entries making for a total prize pool of $1,184,600.
After two days of action, “fred-volpe” of Brazil took down the event. Not shy to five and six figure sums, Volpe came second in the Bounty Builder HR last year for over $100k. He already locked up a second place score in the Sunday Million back in 2018. Now, Volpe has claimed his place among Millie champions!
What’s even more impressive is that Volpe satellited into the event for just $3.30, turning that tiny sum into a total of $71,899 for first place.

High Roller Club highlights
Winning one High Roller Club event is considered an achievement. To take down two in one weekend is exceptional. Patrick “pads1161” Leonard, a pro from the UK with over $15.8 million in online tournament winnings, came first in two of the HRC’s most prestigious and lucrative tournaments.
Leonard won the $1,050 Sunday Warm-Up for $16,170. Hours later, after taking on a final table that included Sam Grafton and Chris “ImDaNuts” Oliver, Leonard came through again, placing first in the Sunday HR for $14,929. An epic double.
Parker “tonkaaaa” Talbot came first in the $1,050 Sunday Cooldown for a $17,256 (inc. bounties). The Twitch streamer and PokerStars ambassador supplemented his win with a second place finish in the $109 Sunday Starter and second place finish in the Sunday Octopus, adding a couple of more grand to his weekend total.
Elsewhere in the High Roller Club, “Catholovisck” of Brazil won the half price Bounty Builder HR for a total of $62,456. Rui “RuiNF” Ferreira of Brazil took down the $1,050 Sunday Supersonic for $14,348.
