Saves the dates for SCOOP 2024 in Pennsylvania, Michigan, New Jersey, and Ontario

The prestigious Spring Championship of Online Poker (SCOOP) is returning to North American markets in April 2024 with $7 million guaranteed in prizes across 390 events.

In line with previous instalments, each event includes a Low, Medium, and High tier to ensure all players are catered for, headlined by nine Main Events slated for the penultimate day of the series with guarantees as high as $300K.

There are three series running for our Shared Liquidity (Michigan/New Jersey), Pennsylvania and Ontario markets and all three are the biggest North American SCOOPs we’ve ever run.

• $3 Million guaranteed for Michigan/New Jersey
• $2.25 Million guaranteed for Pennsylvania
• CAD $2.375 million (US $1.75M) for Ontario

For 15 years, SCOOP has been one of the most prestigious online poker series in the world; a launchpad for countless careers; a battleground for the very best in the game.

Quite simply, it’s a series you never want to miss. And thanks to the many qualification routes available, you won’t have to.

HOW TO QUALIFY

With so many fantastic events – and the added incentive of leader board points – you’re no doubt itching to play as many SCOOP tournaments as you can. 

We don’t blame you!

But buying in directly for every event on the schedule can be costly and might stretch your bankroll too far. If that’s something you’re worried about, fear not.

As you’d expect from PokerStars, there are tons of fantastic satellite options available for every event on the schedule.

Each event will have regular satellites running, allowing you to win your way in for cheap.

PATH TO SCOOP

But players can also win entry to events via Path to SCOOP, which sees PokerStars bring Power Path to North America.

If you’re not sure what Power Path is, you’ll find an explainer here. In a nutshell, it’s a qualification route designed to help recreational players live their poker dreams.

All PokerStars players will receive a Step 1 Path to SCOOP Spin & Go ticket worth $0.25 every day that they play a raked real-money hand.

These Spin & Gos offer prizes up to and including $100 SCOOP tickets. The most common will be a $0.75 Step 2 ticket, which takes you to a 6-player, 4-Max hyper-turbo shootout.

The step is a $10 Step 3 MTT with at least one $100 SCOOP ticket in the prize pool. If you win, simply pick your event and use the ticket to register.
