Nico Giuri wins ESPT Madrid 2022 Main Event for €123,410
The Estrella Poker Tour (ESPT) Main Event broke previous attendance records, with 784 entries making for a total prize pool of €752,640, surpassing 2014’s field of 721 entries.
The top 111 players reached the paid positions. Jose Ignacio Aguilera claimed the €47,200 fourth-place prize, and Japanese player Makoto Yoshimichi finished in third place for €61,360.
Nico Giuri from Romania won the event after cutting a heads-up deal with Josef Snejberg. Snejberg took €100,000 for second, while Giuri was crowned champion of the ESPT Main Event for €123,410.

PokerStars ambassador Ramon Colilas made the final table, finishing fifth for $20,410. Ex-Grappling Fighter, Yaman Nakdali topped the field to capture the trophy and the €77,400 top prize.
