This is where you’ll find all the release notes for the latest software update on PokerStars, as of Thursday 28 July 2022.
Including…
- Tournament information widget updates
- KO and Zoom backgrounds
- Home Games improvements
Desktop
- Several improvements to the tournament information display:
- Added pause icon to clearly indicate a tournament break is in effect
- Updates to timers to improve readability
- The display is now also available for observers

Tournament display improvements
- Increased number of table felt colours for Zoom and Knockout games

Are you a Zoom or KO player? You now have more options
- New and improved menu design and icons located at the top of the poker table
- Added table notification for observers of a tournament that is being streamed on Twitch
- Visual improvements to rollover text (tooltips) at the table
- Show stacks in BB now appears as 1 decimal place, instead of 2
Home Games Updates – Coming Soon
- Players can now browse their games in either list or tile view by using the new toggle

You’ll notice a few improvements when you play Home Games on PokerStars
- Improvements to information presented on Home Games tiles to include player count, start times, registration information, and video chat availability

Mobile
- Show stacks in BB now appears as 1 decimal place, instead of 2
- Improvements to poker settings
Responsible Gaming and Regulatory Improvements
- Updates to self-exclusion options – UK only
- Relocated existing regulatory information to the lobby footer – EU and FR only
Bug Fixes
We acknowledge that during recent upgrades to our software several bugs were introduced. We understand this impacted the playing experience and we have since worked hard to remediate many of these bugs, including fixes to:
- Hotkeys, timebank, bet slider and bet box
- Mac application crashing once a tournament finishes
- Generic bug fixes and other improvements
