Fifty-five-year-old Paul Milani is the man to ask if you want to know what it’s like to win a Platinum Pass and play at the PSPC. In 2018, at a poker tournament in Florianopolis, Brazil, Milani won a pass to the first PSPC and then played the event in the Bahamas. Only a matter of weeks after the announcement of the second renewal of this amazing high roller tournament, Milani won his Platinum Pass to that one too, playing the Mega Path events on PokerStars. In so doing, Milani became the first Brazilian to book his seat in Barcelona, and the first player in the world to win two Platinum Passes. Though he didn’t manage to make the money on his first attempt, Milani continues to play live poker and hone his game, visiting many of the stops of the Brazil Series of Poker (BSOP). He said he’s looking forward to visiting Barcelona for the first time to play in August 2020, and aims to make his unique experience pay dividends.
