Jaime Staples wins Best Streamer at the American Poker Awards

It’s award’s season, and that includes the poker world.
The great and the even greater graced the halls of the American Poker Awards last night to celebrate achievements in the game Stateside in 2017. Among the nominees were several PokerStars Team Pros, one of whom celebrated with some silverware in the early hours of this morning.

So, who was it collecting silverware and prompting staff back at PokerStars HQ to raise a glass this morning (make that coffee cups)?
That was Jaime Staples who won the Best Streamer award against some high-profile opposition, not
least fellow Team Pros Jeff Gross and Jason Somerville.

Staples is currently in Iceland so was unable to attend in person, but we imagine the award would look something like this.
