So far, the Stadium Series has given away over $12.5 million in prizes, with much more to come as the series enters its final weeks. To make the experience even more special, the PokerStars Twitch channel began streaming the action with hole cards face up. Now it’s time to up the ante again, with a new kind of Stadium Series entertainment about to shock and delight you. We’re welcoming a whole gang of YouTube celebs to the party.
Introducing “The Sidemen Crew”.
You may have already heard of them… They are JJ “KSI” Olatunji, Simon “Miniminter” Minter, Josh “Zerkaa” Bradley, Tobi “Tobjizzle” Brown, Ethan “Behzinga” Payne, and Callum “Calfreezy” Airey. Each brings their own unique personality to the table. Individually, they rack up millions of views on their vids. Collectively, they’re a force to be reckoned with.
Brian “True Geordie” Davis will be playing the Grand Finals and streaming on his channel
They’ll be playing in the Stadium Series Weekly and Grand Finals together to see who can crush it the hardest. You can tune in to their channels to see the wild and outrageous content that they’ll be putting together along the way.
The Sidemen will also take on the ultimate poker challenge, competing against PokerStars’ finest, Spraggy, Lex and Fintan Hand, in an eight person stream on the PS Twitch Channel. (Stand by for more details of that game).
That’s not all. We also brought onboard the charismatic “True Geordie”, Brian Davis, the proud Northerner best known for his fun commentary style and outlandish rants.
Brian recently got involved with the Stars Call For Action charity poker tournament. This time he’ll be playing in the Stadium Series Grand Finals, streaming the action on his YouTube channel along with tips from UK poker pro Charlie Carrel.
