Find out how you can win a Platinum Pass to the PSPC today…

If you’re here in the Bahamas and you don’t have any firm plans for tomorrow (Monday, January 30), you might want to read on.

You might be the plus-one of an existing Platinum Pass winner. Maybe you were here playing the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (PCA) and you’ve decided to stick around. Or perhaps you’re holidaying at the Baha Mar and you’re thinking: what the heck, let’s give this poker thing a shot.

Here’s some good news.

It’s not too late to win a Platinum Pass and book yourself a seat to the $25,000 buy-in PokerStars Players Championship (PSPC), one of the biggest poker tournaments of the year with millions of dollars guaranteed for the eventual winner.

The tournament begins at 12 pm on Monday. But today, there are at least three Platinum Passes offering free entry into the event, plus hotel accommodation and expenses, up for grabs.

“That’s all well and good, but I don’t have a big bankroll,” we hear you cry.

You don’t need one to win a Platinum Pass.

Today, beginning at 2 pm local time, there’s Event #41: a $300 Win Your Seat satellite into Event #46 (we’ll explain what that is in a moment).

If you play the $300 step satellite and run your 10,000 starting stack up to 100,000 chips, you’ll automatically win your way into Event #46 and be one step closer to bagging a Platinum Pass.

But what is Event #46?

Event #46 isn’t open to just anyone. It’s a restricted qualifier only open to those who have won their seats through the Step Satellites, which have been running all week.

You can’t buy in directly, nor can you play if you already possess a Platinum Pass.

At least three Platinum Passes have been added to the prize pool, and depending on how many of you make it through Event #41 today, that amount might very well increase

Right now, just 43 players have won their way to Event #46, which begins at 8 pm tonight. This won’t be some monster field. Regardless of your experience level, you’re in with a shot to qualify for the PSPC.

Have we piqued your interest?

We’ll see you at 2 pm, then. Best of luck!

Oh, and there’s a good chance that we’ll see some $2,700 buy-in single-table satellites to the PSPC running today too if the demand is there. You won’t get the perks of hotel and expenses that come with a Platinum Pass, but you will save yourself $22,300.

There’s another $2,700 single-table satellite on the schedule for 10 am tomorrow, too.

But then that’s it!

NOTE: Any Platinum Passes won today are unexchangable, so only try to win a Platinum Pass if you’re 100% sure you can play in the PSPC!
