Home / Events / Artists, artisans and poker players mingle as Prague Players Party ticks all the boxes

Snow fell in Prague last night, on the eve of the European Poker Tour (EPT) Main Event. But it was certainly warm inside the Cloud 9 Bar at the Hilton Hotel, where revellers gathered for the latest EPT Players Party — with amazing views across the ancient city as the first flakes began to flutter from the sky.

Prague’s famous Christmas markets were also brought indoors, in the shape of some traditional craftspeople, while a local band also played some uplifting numbers before a DJ took over.

There was a caricature artist and a tarot reader in attendance too — as well as plenty of food and drink, to ensure good cheer.

Here are a selection of photos from the event, which no doubt accounts for a few sore heads around the EPT tournament room today.
